Returns

We accept returns of unworn merchandise with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging included. Original shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.  

Return process
1. Login into your own customer portal and request an return.
2. After receiving confirmation of return, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Returns may take up to 3-5 bussiness days for processing once the package has been delivered. Please note that items sent back without a return packing slip may take longer to process. Packing slips are provided along with the order.

Any merchandise returned that does not meet our requirements will not be accepted.

If you choose a refund to your original payment method, a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
